ABOUT US

Since our establishment in 2015, Insitu Group has reshaped the construction industry with a forward-thinking approach deeply rooted in agility and authenticity. This philosophy permeates not only our projects but also the inclusive and supportive workplace we cultivate for the industry’s talent to flourish.

Guided by an engaged executive team, including Charlie Blomley, Paul Smith, Scott O’Connor, Ray Tesoriero, Stephen Goodman and Dario Marino, we’ve harnessed invaluable experience to lead our business. With robust business systems and structures in place, together with meticulous financial management our fiscal position stands on a solid foundation. Over the past eight years we’ve experienced a consistent growth trajectory, culminating in $110 million turnover in 2023 and a projected $140 million in the next financial year.

Following our successful entry into the Tasmanian market in 2019, we expanded into Queensland, establishing an office in Southport. Led by Dario Marino, we now offer our clients consistent service across the three states.

Insitu Group is made up of over 80 highly skilled people committed to delivering exceptional projects. While primarily live environment specialists in the retail and commercial sectors, we bring a fresh approach, focused on safety, programme and quality, to a broad range of projects outside the retail sector, particularly refurbishments, fit outs and new builds for repeat clients.

Our approach encapsulates a seamless journey from pre-construction to final handover. Each refurbishment, fit-out, and new build is an endeavor undertaken collaboratively, fostering genuine partnerships with clients and stakeholders alike. This commitment to exceeding expectations defines every project we undertake.

In 2021, Insitu Group achieved a remarkable milestone as a finalist at the Property Council of Australia Innovation and Excellence Awards. Specifically, we were recognised in the Award for Diversity category for companies with less than 250 employees. This honour underscores our commitment to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace but also validates our ongoing efforts to push boundaries and set new industry standards. As a finalist, we proudly stand among a select group of trailblazers who are shaping the future of the construction industry with innovative practices and unwavering dedication to excellence.
