ABOUT US

2026 marks 11 years of Insitu Group reshaping the construction industry through a bold, agile, and authentic approach. Since our founding in 2015, we’ve grown from a visionary idea into a leading, multi-state business built on trust, innovation, and a commitment to excellence.

Over the past 11 years, our journey has been defined by sustained growth, strategic expansion and a culture that empowers people to thrive. From our Victorian roots to our successful entry into Tasmania in 2019 and Queensland in 2024, we now deliver projects across three states with a unified standard of quality, service and performance. Our Queensland operation, led by State Director Dario Marino, continues to strengthen our presence across South East Queensland and the Northern Rivers region of New South Wales.

Guided by our engaged executive team - Charlie Blomley, Paul Smith, Scott O’Connor, Stephen Goodman and Ellen Kafkas — we’ve harnessed decades of industry experience to build a resilient business grounded in strong relationships, disciplined financial management and a relentless focus on delivering value for our clients.

The strength of this approach is reflected in our continued growth. Following turnover of $180 million in 2025, Insitu Group achieved $240 million in FY26 and is projecting more than $300 million in the coming financial year across Victoria, Tasmania and Queensland.

Today, our team of over 130 professionals across Victoria, Tasmania, and Queensland is united by a shared purpose: to deliver exceptional outcomes through genuine collaboration. We specialise in live environments across the retail and commercial sectors, while also bringing our signature focus on safety, programme, and quality to refurbishments, fit outs, and new builds for repeat clients across all sectors.

Our integrated approach ensures a seamless journey from pre-construction to handover. Every project is a partnership, every outcome a reflection of our values. We don’t just construct buildings; we build long term relationships, foster rewarding careers and create a lasting legacy of excellence.

As we enter our second decade of business, we remain committed to our guiding principles: People | Progress | Projects

These principles continue to drive our success as we shape the future of construction through every relationship, every leader and every project we deliver.

Our Team

Our team has grown to 130 construction professionals across Victoria, Tasmania and Queensland, bringing together a diverse range of expertise, experience and perspectives. Every team member plays a vital role in our success, contributing to a culture built on collaboration, accountability and a shared commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes for our clients.

As we enter our second decade of business, we remain focused on developing the next generation of industry. We are committed to creating an environment where people can grow professionally, think differently and make a meaningful impact. Through continuous learning, structured mentorship and hands-on leadership opportunities, we empower our people to challenge convention, embrace innovation and build rewarding long-term careers.

Our leadership team actively fosters a culture of openness, trust and collaboration, where ideas are encouraged and contributions are recognised. By investing in our people, we strengthen our ability to attract and retain outstanding talent while maintaining the high-performance culture that has underpinned our growth since 2015.

We actively support engagement with leading industry organisations, ensuring our team remains connected and at the forefront of industry best practice:

  • Master Builders Victoria
  • National Association of Women in Construction
  • Green Building Council of Australia
  • Property Council of Australia

Our commitment to diversity and inclusion was recognised in 2021 when we were named a finalist in the Property Council of Australia’s Innovation & Excellence Awards in the Diversity category.

Today, Insitu Group combines the agility and entrepreneurial spirit that defined our early years with the capability, systems and financial strength of a mature, high-performing organisation.

Our people benefit from direct access to senior leadership, robust operational systems and a culture that values ownership, innovation and accountability. This combination enables our teams to make decisions with confidence, build lasting client relationships and contribute meaningfully to the continued success of the business.

By investing in our people, we build more than projects. We build careers, leadership capability, culture and continuity — creating a stronger future for our clients, our communities and our industry.
