18 Cato Street in Hawthorn East has undergone a remarkable transformation both inside and out. The upgrade begins at the ground floor entry and lobby, which has been tastefully enhanced. Moving up to levels one and two, they were stripped back to base build and the amenities upgraded. Notably, level one now boasts two balconies, while the terraces on level two have been beautifully enhanced with extensive landscaping. Additionally, an end-of-trip facility has been constructed in the basement car park, offering convenience and functionality for occupants. To complete the makeover, the façade has been revamped, giving the building a fresh and modern look. Designed by Wellard Architects, the $4.1m commercial redevelopment for Terraplex was completed in June 2023.
