256 COLLINS STREET, MELBOURNE

The heritage site in the heart of Collins Street was stripped back and refurbished in preparation for the high spec tenant fit out. The facade was painstakingly restored back to its former glory, including matching heritage mouldings and steel framed windows. The project was completed in under 16 weeks, despite the challenges of working over one of Melbourne’s busiest pedestrian thoroughfares.
