The $7.0m refurbishment transformed 658 Church St into an A grade commercial property. The lobbies, ground floor plus 5 floors all received an upgrade making way for a new tenant. Externally the building received a face-lift with new feature cladding and steel canopies designed by Wellard Architects and an extensive landscaping package by Ben Scott Design. This landmark project was completed in under 6 months, the project sees the continuation of Insitu Group’s relationship with Pod Co and Terraplex.
