8 CARLTON STREET, PRAHRAN

Completed October 2019, the 2 storey commercial office building in Prahran underwent a transformation that included adding a new 500m² level on top, featuring a steel fin façade, outdoor terrace, and an elevated perimeter planter box. With a detailed demolition package, complete load-transfer to a new steel portal frame, a new lift installation and extensive façade restoration works, this project has created 3 levels of A-grade commercial real estate in the heart of Prahran.
