ARMSTRONG CREEK DEVELOPMENT

Located on a greenfield site in regional Victoria, the Armstrong Creek Pad Site development consists of a McDonald’s, Carl’s Jr, Hungry Jack’s, Dan Murphy’s and a 2 storey commercial office building with multiple tenancies between them. All associated external works, including car parks, pavement and landscaping was completed while coordinating with and around authority contractors providing access to the new precinct. Delivered via D&C, the $15m project was completed in four stages during 2021.
