Renowned architectural firm Bates Smart have designed their Melbourne studio meticulously resulting in a harmonious blend of innovation, connectivity, and timeless sophistication. The project commenced with a full de-fit of both level 6 and 7, followed by major demolition to accommodate the integrated steel staircase connecting the two levels. Additionally, the mechanical and fire services received a comprehensive upgrade followed by the high-end fit out across both levels with significant joinery and metalwork packages.

Although the entire office fit out embodies Bates Smarts trademark sophistication and minimalistic aesthetics, the state of the art integrated steel staircase is the undoubted hero of the space.
