BURNSIDE PARK HUB

Delivered in 2 stages, the Burnside Park Hub projects involved the backfill and reconfiguration of a Masters to accommodate multiple LFR stores including Spotlight, JB Hi-Fi, Baby Bunting, Furniture Trader and Savers. To achieve the 11,000m² of retail space, the Westwood Drive site required major services upgrades, structural strengthening, facade works and a roof infill. In addition to this a Guzman y Gomez restaurant was constructed and the carpark underwent a full upgrade. Completed in Sept-22 for Ranfurlie Asset Management, the combined value of Stages 1 and 2 was $16.2m.
