CARL'S JR ARMSTRONG CREEK

Delivered via D&C, the $2.2m Carl’s Jr retail store is the fifth project Insitu Group has constructed on the greenfield site in Armstrong Creek for repeat clients Wel.Co and Codicote. The Carl’s Jr fast food retail store included indoor and outdoor dining, drive-thru and civil extension car park works and landscaping. Designed by TRG, the warm shell handover was competed in five months amidst the constraints of Covid restrictions and reach practical completion in June 2022.
