CHADSTONE SUPER AMENITIES

This transformation involved enlarging the existing 176m² amenities to 640m² by expanding through neighbouring retail tenancies, resulting in extensive structural and services changes. The scope included a new entry foyer with banquette seating, Certified Changing Places Facility, Parents Room, DDA, Male and Female amenities with feature make-up bar. The extraordinary transformation for Vicinity was achieved in an accelerated 12-week programme.
