COLES & LIQUORLAND SPENCER STREET

Completed in December 2019, the $2.2m refurbishment of Coles Spencer Street included the Liquorland store and consisted of an internal upgrade to ceiling, wall and floor finishes in the fresh produce, prep areas, front end and back of house areas. As Coles and Liquorland continued trading throughout the project, a heavily staged programmed with both day and night shifts was implemented taking into account the time, noise restrictions and limited access in this CBD location.
