COLES ENERGY CENTRE

The Coles Energy Centre project was a complex Design and Construction delivery of a 4 level self-contained, purpose built facility with engineering services and infrastructure utilities providing critical support infrastructure. Completed in April 2019, the $11.0m UPS facility was constructed between an office building and a 4 level multi-deck carpark which remained in use throughout the project. Strategic methodology and programming was required to deliver the technical project safely and efficiently.
