COLES MEADOW MEWS

The Coles Meadow Mews store refurbishment was completed over 20 weeks using both day and night shifts to enable the store to operate as usual. Relaunched in November 2019, works included new flooring, painting, signage and refrigeration change over throughout. The bakery, deli, meat and seafood departments were upgraded and the previous deli space converted into a Click & Collect area. The $3.2m project resulted in successful outcomes for all stakeholders while maintaining an impeccable safety standard.
