GYG ENOGGERA

Built on a high exposure site bordering two major roads, Guzman Y Gomez Enoggera was completed in January 2025. Nearing on $3.6m, the project included a comprehensive suspended structure for the carpark and building pad, base build and fit out of a 260sqm restaurant, complete landscaping package and upgrade works to external council assets. 

Due to the site’s busy location, close liaison and meticulous planning was required between Insitu Group Queensland, Department of Transport and Main Roads and other relevant stakeholders.
