The construction and fit out of the 240m2 Guzman y Gomez store, featuring dual drive-thru lanes, a car park, and landscaped surroundings, was completed in May 2024. Located on Somerton Road, right opposite a bustling shopping centre, GYG Roxburgh Park stands out with bespoke joinery, booth seating, and unique design finishes.
Given the high traffic in this area, ensuring safety was paramount. Our team implemented extensive management measures to maintain safe passage for both vehicles and pedestrians while working on council roads and pathways in this heavily populated location, all while meeting the client's objectives.
