HIGHPOINT STAGE 2 REDEVELOPMENT

Designed by i2C Architects, for The GPT Group and Lockbridge, Stage 2 consisted of a major tenancy backfill with a full line Coles Supermarket, Liquorland, a Mini Major tenancy, My Car and specialty retailers. During the 12-week accelerated programme, 7,000m² of roof and concrete slab was demolished and replaced, a new travellator and air-lock from the L4 carpark to L3 was installed, the entrance, façade and walkways had an aesthetic upgrade including landscaping.  Delivered via D&C, Stage 2 was officially launched in mid-Dec-22, in time for the peak holiday trading period.
