Located on Derrimut Road, the Hoppers Crossing Pad Site development consists of a 7 Eleven Petrol Station with a convenience store and two food retail tenancies with drive thru. Works include in-ground fuel tank installation, construction of refueling station with canopy, a retail building with cool rooms and associated back-of-house facilities, two food tenancies with drive thru, a large concrete car park and landscaping. The $4.85m, D&C project is due for completion in Apr-22.
