IGA HEALTHCOTE

IGA Heathcote continued to trade while the supermarket underwent a complete store re-build and expansion to twice its original operating size. The $2.7m project was delivered in two stages. The first involved the construction of a new trading area adjoining the existing for the supermarket to operate from while the second stage was underway. In Stage 2 the existing store was demolished and re-built to house the trading area and BOH. The 2,200m² supermarket project included a civil component and carpark works.
