IGHQII

Designed by Wellard Architects, IGHQII in Clifton Hill saw two existing warehouses, through substantial structural interventions, transformed into an 800m², two-storey office building. The exterior features webforge steel cladding with mild steel shrouds adorning to all openings.  Inside, meticulous attention to detail was paid to architectural finishes, including Sculptform ceiling linings; glazed steel partitions; Baux acoustic linings and Bolon vinyl flooring, creating a distinctive workspace that marries aesthetics with contemporary workplace design.
