KOOLKIDZ MERRIFIELD

Construction of the $2.8m KoolKidz Childcare Centre was completed in January 2018 for Gibson Property Group as part of their Merrifields ‘Estate One’ development. The project involved the construction of 168 capacity childcare centre over 1,200m² including 9 children’s rooms, 6 children’s bathrooms, large outdoor play area and a commercial grade kitchen allowing the facility to meet specific dietary requirements. This project was deliver on budget and 6 weeks ahead of the contract completion date.
