MANOR LAKES PAD SITE

Construction of a new drive thru fast food restaurant to Hungry Jacks specifications, designed by Architecture HQ and Fang Architects. Constructed in the existing Manor Lakes Central Shopping Centre carpark while the centre continued trading. The scope included carpark alterations to suit the new pad site layout, landscaping and irrigation. To minimise the impact to the existing centre and carpark area works were staged around trading hours. Completed in June 2021 for repeat client Ranfurlie Asset Management and Case Meallin.
