MELBOURNE CENTRAL - LEVEL 3 ENTERTAINMENT PRECINCT

The Level 3 Entertainment Precinct at Melbourne Central works include the refurbishment of the mall area, an amenities upgrade, feature stairs from level 3-2 and void infill. The mall is comprised of approx. 2,000m² of floor and ceiling removal works, with new feature gold steel ceiling and new tiling to floors throughout. New feature GRC (Glass Reinforced Concrete) seating throughout, which incorporates 1 of the experiential package installations, with a number of other features providing entertainment throughout level 3. With many of the major tenancies on Level 3 trading until 3am, clear communication with the Operations team / tenancies is critical to the successful delivery of this project. Night to night staging of works is communicated with Operations each week so all stakeholders are well informed.
