MELBOURNE CENTRAL - LOWER GROUND FOOD COURT

Refurbishment of the existing lower ground level foodcourt at Melbourne Central to make a ‘remarkable’ food and dining precinct that delivers a unique dining experience, while retaining convenience and functionality. Completed in June 2020 for The GPT Group amidst the pandemic restrictions. The $2.0m refurbishment was delivered in stages to minimise the disruption to the live environment while the comprehensive upgrade to the ceilings, floors, services and furniture took place.
