MSQUARE STAGE 2 DEVELOPMENT

Completed in July 2023, for Legacy Project Management, the MSQUARE development encompasses two commercial structures, designed by Idle Architecture Studio. The first building spans three stories and accommodates an array of tenants including medical consulting suites, gym, swim school and cafe. The second building consisted of a basement and single level with a mix of commercial and retail space. Being involved with the design and construct project right from its inception through Early Contractor Involvement (ECI), Insitu Group facilitated a comprehensive approach to the design development and value management. This seamless engagement culminated in a successful thirteen-month build and an outstanding result.
