MURWILLUMBAH INDUSTRIAL PARK

Located in the heart of the new Murwillumbah Industrial Estate, Insitugroup Queensland has been contracted to build 19 industrial units along with a take-away food facility which is due for completion in April 2026.

Commencing in July 2025, the $9.0m project consists of a tilt up panel construction, with brick face panels and a feature vertical garden. Internally each unit has a large mezzanine floor fully either closed in or with an open balustrade. The take-away facility includes a modern fit out and an external garden seating area.
