NORTHGATE SHOPPING CENTRE

Located in Glenorchy, the $9.8m Northgate Shopping Centre Target Backfill for Vicinity Centres and APP Corporation was completed in November 2022. The space previously occupied by Target was reconfigured to house a 3,850m² Woolworths supermarket and mini major tenancies. The loading dock was updated to accommodate the supermarket specifications and the carpark modified to house a Woolworths Click & Collect. Fit out of the Woolworths supermarket took place concurrently to the rest of the works, all within the live shopping centre environment.
