NORTHLAND AMBIENCE UPGRADE

Vicinity Centres Northland Ambience Upgrade included new lighting, floor finishes and painting throughout to achieve a modern aesthetic and reduce operating costs. Completed in Dec-21, the project introduced feature ceilings and lighting across the malls and nodes incorporating Rope Art Pendants, Chain Veil, Sculptform and Mesh Lanterns hanging from the skylights. The $7.6m upgrade was delivered according to the Michelle Taylor Retail Concept Design brief including skylight works, landscaping concept design and furniture.
