The South Morang development consisted of a BP Petrol Station with a convenience store and food retail tenancy with drive-thru attached. Works included construction of refueling stations with canopy, a retail building with associated back-of-house rooms and facilities, a food tenancy with kitchen and drive-thru, a large concrete car park and landscaping. Completed via D&C in Oct-20, the project achieved practical completion on time and to the $3.3m budget despite the Stage 4 lockdown restrictions enforced in the middle of the critical path works.
