ST HELENA MARKETPLACE

The St. Helena Marketplace refurbishment, completed in September 2024 for St Helena Marketplace and Pomeroy Pacific, showcases a seamless collaboration of highly skilled professionals. Designed by i2C Architects, the project included a comprehensive upgrade to the shopping centre's external façade, featuring new canopies, entry portals, planter boxes, and a quarter-acre of bluestone paving. Two-thirds of the building was re-clad, enhancing the overall entry experience. Inside, the mall was revitalised with new floor finishes, modernised ceiling coffers, feature lighting, and a complete strip-out and refurbishment of the public amenities, giving the space a fresh and contemporary feel.
Executed with precision by our project team and contractors who meticulously maneuvered people and materials safely, allowing the centre to remain fully operational throughout the project.
