STORAGE KING ROWVILLE

Storage King Rowville involved a partial demolition and extension of an existing warehouse and construction of an additional level creating a 2-storey self-storage facility. Designed by BN Group, the scope included demolition and rebuild of the existing office space, building expansion, additional level, construction of over 500 internal and external ranch storage units and car park modifications. Completed in July 2021 on time and to budget for Abacus Property Group and Neoscape.
