TARNEIT PAD SITE DEVELOPMENT

Construction of two separate buildings, each with drive-thru's, housing fast food tenancies Guzman Y Gomez and Oporto. 

Strategically situated adjacent to each other within the Tarneit Central Shopping Centre carpark, out team meticulously staged and coordinated efforts with Centre Management to ensure minimal disruption to the shopping centre’s operations. 

Completed in Aug-20,  under a design and construct contract for Ranfurlie Asset Management and Case Meallin, the development proceeded smoothly and yielded positive results for all stakeholders, even amidst the challenges posed by the lockdown restrictions.
