VANTAGE BLOOMDALE COMMUNITY CLUBHOUSE

The Vantage Bloomdale Community Clubhouse and Amenities project in Diggers Rest reached completion in December 2025 for Avid Property Group and Case Meallin.

Delivered as a full Design & Construct project, this 1,578m² Community Clubhouse provides residents with a high‑quality suite of facilities including an indoor pool, sauna, gym, library, lounge, cinema, golf simulator, art and creative spaces, and generous kitchen and dining areas.

The broader precinct has also been brought to life with an impressive suite of outdoor amenities: tennis, bocce, and pickleball courts, a bowling green, landscaped alfresco zones, a BBQ shelter with kitchenette, a community workshop/maintenance shed, and a mail bank pavilion. 

Thoughtfully designed by Clarke Hopkins Clarke Architects with interiors by Arkee Creative, the project has been crafted to foster connection and elevate community living.
