VICTORIA GARDENS AMBIENCE UPGRADE

Delivered via D&C, the Vicinity Centres $5.5m enhancement to Victoria Gardens has made a big impact. Featuring signature timber ceiling treatments, lush greenery and new seating precincts throughout the centre, the ambience upgrade also included balustrading, columns and amenities upgrade. The food court has been revitalised with designer seating, featuring lighting, floor and ceiling treatments and the centre’s basement entry has been extended with new airlock, feature walls and landscaping.
