WATERGARDENS SHOPPING CENTRE

Insitu Group has completed three projects at Watergardens for QIC in the past two years. The most recent being the Stage 2 Remix project which included an 800m² extension, 4 new tenancies, installation of a new 5000l GIT, base building services, new footpaths and landscaping. Prior to this, the façade was replaced and the lighting, seating and landscaping on Station Street was upgraded. A new pergola, performance stage, entry statement and children’s play area with equipment was created in addition to other upgrades.
