WAVERLEY GARDENS SOUTHERN REMIX

The multifaceted, $8.1m Design and Construction project for Elanor Investor Group and Lockbridge to revitalise the southern end of Waverley Gardens Shopping Centre achieved completion in April 2022. The 6,000m² Target tenancy occupying two levels was stripped out and 7 tenancies created on the ground floor (including an Aldi’s) and 7 medical tenancies in the basement. Internally, the mall, common areas, lobby and travellators were upgraded and a new MyCar tenancy constructed externally.
