WOOLWORTHS EMERALD HILL

Construction is underway of the Woolworths Emerald Hill project, a large format retail development in Brassall, Queensland. Spanning a 25,500m² site and featuring 6,000m² of premium retail space, this project is a significant undertaking. Insitu Group Queensland involvement began with a successful 12-week Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) phase, during which our team collaborated closely with Woolworths Group and the design team led by Thomson Adsett Architects. This early partnership ensured meticulous planning and execution, setting the foundation for a smooth construction phase.
