WOOLWORTHS GREENSVALE LAKES

Design and Construction of a 3,000m² supermarket and 500m² of mall and retail tenancy space. Completed early June 2020, on schedule, amidst the constraints of a global pandemic. Constructed on a greenfield site in Roxburgh Park surrounded by residential housing, the project required extensive coordination and re-diversion of existing authority assets prior to commencing on site. Many value management options identified during the pre-construction phase where implemented while maintaining the Woolworths design brief.
