WOOLWORTHS METRO CLIFTON HILL

Completed June 2020, in just 6 weeks, the full restoration and re-purposing of the landmark building includes a new Metro Woolworths store together with a BWS. Our first of the new Metro design, the store included a cafe and coffee and bakery offer on the ground level and offices and meeting rooms on the first floor. Working through the challenges of a heritage facade on a high traffic intersection and social distancing requirements, the LFR team delivered the $1.0m project on time and on budget, safely without injury.
